Payment: Currently, we are allowing students and families to be flexible as to how they meet the financial expectations of the program. However, we ask that students and families adhere to the agreed upon means of payments. Failure to do so may result in termination and/or incompletion. Please note that there are limited spaces, and while this may not be an issue in the short-term, it will be in the future.

Authors in Bloom celebrates all forms of gender identity and expression. Its teaching model is to cultivate in its students an awareness and appreciation of the issues surrounding gender without criticizing the views held by its students. Similarly, students are expected to uphold these principles--to demonstrate an interest in understanding and an openness to diversity.

As this is a course in critical writing, students will encounter a broad range of challenging concepts and critical tools. They are free to use these for assignments or to forego some of them in favor of others. We create a safe place for disagreement and discussion and ask all attendees to do so as well. Let us recall that Socrates did not corrupt the Athenian youth; he left them in sorrow at his departure.
